It started as a test. In January 2026, I handed real CEO responsibilities to Claude for my holding company, a portfolio of digital businesses including Beanvest and Humanizer AI. The question was simple: could an AI actually run a business?

Turns out yes, but only with the right setup. A private GitHub repo became the AI's operational headquarters. Every decision was logged. Every action had a tier of authority. Within two weeks it was doing real work: analyzing metrics, drafting plans, coordinating across products.
