Built by someone who ran out of time
I ran out of time. So I built an operating layer that does the routine work without waiting for me.
The story
It started as a test. In January 2026, I gave Claude real operating responsibilities for my holding company, a portfolio of digital businesses including Humanizer AI, Melies, and Beanvest. The question was simple: could an AI system run the daily operating layer of a company?
Turns out yes, but only with the right setup. A private GitHub repo became the operational headquarters. Every decision was logged. Every action had a tier of authority. Within two weeks it was doing real work: analyzing metrics, drafting plans, and coordinating across products.
win.sh is what I built next. Not a framework for an AI executive. A platform where any founder can make their company more autonomous. It monitors metrics, runs repeatable workflows, tracks revenue, prepares content, and keeps its own memory, skills, and budget visible.
The company works while you sleep. It reports back in the morning. You just approve.
"I didn't want another dashboard. I wanted the company to keep moving."
Romain Simon, founder
